🌈5 High Performance INSIGHTS🌈

Do the things that gets your blood flowing and makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning

Success takes time, and passion helps to fuel you so you can last the distance.

Are you doing fulfilling work right now? Are you making an impact beyond yourself?

Life is an adventure and doing the things you love makes the adventure a great one!

Be your best self

Giving your very best is a conscious effort. Sometimes when you think you are at your limit, you might only be 60% there.

If we cannot buy back time then the next best thing to do is to enjoy every minute of it.

Give your best effort because at the end of the day, we are our own biggest competitor.

Know where you you came from. Give back.

Whether you have succeeded or failed, your journey cuts short the learning process of others walking after you.

Simply by sharing your walk, you will be giving back.

By knowing your roots, you can create opportunities for you others so they have a better chance of success.

Every second counts.

Are you using your time to the fullest?

You have about 80,000 hours in your career. How you use them determines what changes you make in the world.

Be a Risk Taker, but don't be a foolish one.

It is true that there is no success without risk taking.

It is also true that risk taking can be managed and risk can be minimised while still achieving your desired outcome.

Do things that add long term value to your envisioned future. Invest in yourself. Take risks with informed decisions. Stick to your vision and persevere.

“Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn.” – John C. Maxwell

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” – Robert Louis Stevenson

What is one thing you love doing so much that you won't ever get tired of?

A pay-check is not enough to get you through your work.

Life is too short to be wasted on things that sparks no joy to you.

Do what you love and love what you do.

So think deep, get asking.
