You have complete control of your car but you cannot control everything else outside of it. Recognise what you can control and learn to take it easy about the things you can't. That is the only way to enjoy the drive.

Be deliberate about your content consumption

Consume content that serves you. There is too much content out there and not enough minutes to consume them. Don't waste your time on content that don't help.

You are not meant to walk ALONE

People have a tendency to isolate themselves whenever negative thoughts and forces overwhelms them… But you are not meant to walk this life alone. Don't be afraid to seek support. 

You might be surprised how many people will be willing to journey with you.

Savour the little WINS in life

This is the key to Perseverance. Acknowledge your victories, even the little ones. 

The little WINS are signs that you are growing as a person. Claim it, hold it tight and use it as a positive propellant.

It is not wrong to go back to your comfort zone once in awhile 

Your comfort zone is not a frivolous place. It has a purpose and should be fully utilised as such. 

Your comfort zone grounds you, keep you sane, lifts you up and give you a reason to keep fighting the good fight.
