📌 5 Prioritising Techniques To Triple Your Productivity (To Do This In Sequence) 📌

📆 1. Prepare For Tomorrow 📆

Write tomorrow's to-do list today. Keep that list handy beside you and update it as you go through the day. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that you will miss nothing out.

⏰ 2. Keep The 2 Mins Rule

Throughout your day, people are going to interrupt you with tasks. It's inevitable. But If a task takes you less than 2 mins to do, do it immediately. Otherwise, either say no or tell that person to give you more time so you can plan.

⬇️ 3. Announce Your Down-Time ⬇️

Don't just allow anyone to come in and occupy your time. Instead, announce that you are busy, but if anyone need to speak to you urgently, you'll be reachable at 10a, 2pm and 5.30pm  (you decide these daily timings on your own).

✅ 4. Qualify Your Task

For every task, always ask yourself two questions. 1. Can this be done only by me? 2. Is it important? If your answer is yes to both, include it.
If your answer is a combination of yes and no, you need to delegate.
If your answer is 2 nos. Cut it.

📋 5. Sort To-Do by # of Yeses 📋

Now that a task has successful made it to your list, Ask yourself the following 5 questions and prioritise your to-dos according to the number of yeses. More yeses = higher priority
  1. Does this get me closer to my goals?
  2. Does it matter to my boss?
  3. Does it make money?
  4. Does it make my life easier?
  5. Does it have to be done today?
